The entrance gate to Mountain Way (the second concrete drive) for Phase III is not operating correctly. The problem is that the vehicle sensor does not detect an outgoing vehicle and automatically open the gates. To leave Mountain Way, you must exit your vehicle, walk around the gate, and input the access code to open the gate. The repairman has been called and we hope that the sensor will be repaired in short order.
