Hello Everyone,
Work will begin next week to construct a covered porch on the rear of the clubhouse. The new porch will be built to match the style of the front porch and will cover the approximately 14′ by 25′ of the rear patio.
While construction is in progress, access to the clubhouse will be limited to construction personnel only. Effective today, the clubhouse is “Closed for Construction” and will not be available for any future reservation until the project is complete. The project will be completed by the beginning of February, if not sooner.
As a result of the clubhouse closure and the seasonal closure of the pool house, the community restroom facilities will be unavailable until the clubhouse is reopened. We appreciate your patience during this (hopefully) brief closure.
