Hello All,
- The reservation system has been modified to allow property owners to make more than one pool reservation at a time while providing a gating mechanism so that everyone has the opportunity to use the pool this Summer. Effective immediately, pool reservations can be made for as often as every other day and everyone’s account has been “stocked up” with 12 credits.
- For the folks who camp on their property and want to use the pool house shower during reservation hours (which are 7:00am until 8:30pm), please reserve the pool for this purpose. However, you may use the shower from Sunset until Sunrise without reserving the pool – just remember to maintain appropriate physical distancing between yourselves if you meet a neighbor in the shower (pun intended).
- Boats 1 and 4 have been serviced and cleaned in preparation for operation this year. We are procuring cleaning supplies and developing procedures for use and maintenance of Boats 1 and 4 within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate your kind patience while we work to put these boats into service.
- In all likelihood, Boats 2 and 3 will not be put into service this year because of the difficulty with sanitizing them (both have carpeted decks).
- The clubhouse remains open for use of the restroom and as a “cooling spot” on hot days. The kitchen and seating areas remain closed. We will turn our attention towards reopening the clubhouse for small groups of people within the next couple of weeks.
- The sports court remains closed for the near term. We will focus on reopening the sports court for small groups of people after the clubhouse has been reopened.
- The pavilion remains “closed” – that is, it cannot be reserved but we have not cordoned off the structure. Small groups of people who want to stop by for a few minutes and enjoy the view are permitted. Large groups … not permitted.
