Hello All,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Annual Homeowners Meeting on Saturday, May 15th, 2021. The meeting minutes are being prepared and will be posted within the next several days. In addition, a recording of the meeting is being prepared for access from the web. We will share the web-link when it is available.
Additionally, we wanted to let everyone know the results of the Board of Directors election and subsequent election of officers by the Board of Directors.
Three (3) of the Board members’ terms expired at the end of this meeting: David Davies, Steven Marmon, and Charlie Thomas. David did not seek re-election after serving on the Board for two (2) years. Steven Marmon and Charlie Thomas were re-elected to their seats and Jimmy Hinkle was elected to his first two-year term on the Board to fill David’s seat. The newly-elected members join Brian Allison, Bobby Cross, and Sue Koessler on the Board (whose terms will expire next year).
Immediately following the Association meeting, the Board of Directors elected the following members as Association officers for the next year:
- President -> Steven Marmon
- President-Elect -> Jimmy Hinkle
- Vice President -> Bobby Cross
- Secretary -> Brian Allison
- Treasurer -> Sue Koessler.
The Board extends its sincerest gratitude to David Davies for his service to our community as a valued Board member.
