Boat Registration for the PPHOA Marina

Hello Everyone,

At last year’s Annual Homeowners Meeting, we introduced an optional registration program for users of the marina. This year, beginning June 1, 2022, the Pinnacle Pointe Registration Program will be mandatory for boats that are moored in the marina and owned by Pinnacle Pointe property owners.

The purpose of the registration program is to identify boats that belong to property owners in case of emergency. In addition, the program is intended to discourage inappropriate extension of guest boat privileges.

Registration Particulars:

  1. Beginning June 1, 2022, any boat that is owned by a Pinnacle Pointe property owner and moored in the marina overnight must be registered with the Pinnacle Pointe HOA.
  2. Marina space is available to Pinnacle Pointe property owners on a first-come, first-served basis. PPHOA Registration does not assure that space is available.
  3. Guest boat privileges may be extended by a property owner as long as the guest is present in the subdivision. Once the guest leaves Pinnacle Pointe, their boat must leave with them. Currently, guest boats are not required to have a guest pass.
  4. Pinnacle Pointe registration stickers are permanent – they do not need to be renewed annually.
  5. To obtain a registration sticker, send a picture of the boat’s registration and insurance declaration page to Sue Koessler (Treasurer).
  6. Please be sure to display your registration sticker so that it is visible, even if your boat is covered.
