Hello Fellow Property Owners,
Boat #2 has been put into the water and is available for reservation. Now, we have two pontoons for the community’s enjoyment (Boats #2 and #3). Boat #1 is undergoing some upholstery repairs and should be available in early May.
In the meantime, the pool and pool house have been opened for the season. The water still is cold, but it will warm up soon.
Important Pool Reminders!
- No Life Guard on Duty – swimmers must look after their own safety.
- Obey all posted signs, especially regarding “No Running” or “No Horseplay” around the pool.
- Swimmers younger than 14 years of age must be accompanied an adult.
- A Pinnacle Pointe property owner must be present in the subdivision while guests are visiting the pool.
- If you observe any unsafe condition, please notify Steven Marmon (949.462.4760) or Craig Jensen (906.396.8329) immediately.
