COVID-19 Boat Cleaning Instructions

Hello All,

The following instructions are provided on the Boats, but we wanted to give everyone advance notice of expectations. Specifically, boat users will need to provide their own towels to dry the seats , especially when cleaning at the beginning of the rental period.

No EPA-approved cleaner is available for killing the coronavirus on porous surfaces. We have chosen an antibacterial cleaner that contains no phosphates, bleach, or ammonia to protect the environment and prevent damage to the boat surfaces. The Association cannot ensure or guarantee that the cleaning instructions or materials will eliminate the coronavirus from boat surfaces. Please do not use bleach or chlorine to clean the boats.
