Hello Fellow Property Owners,
With Friday’s expiration of Governor Lee’s Stay-at-Home executive order, the state government is continuing its stepwise approach to reopening the Tennessee economy. In the meantime, we have received inquires from Pinnacle Pointe property owners about our plans for reopening the clubhouse, pool, pavilion, and community pontoon boats. The Board of Directors is eager to reopen the community amenities, however the Union County Department of Health controls the details of what, when, and how the amenities can reopen.
As of the morning of Friday, May 1st, the Union County Health Department has advised us that they will be focusing on reopening only for-profit businesses for the next two (2) weeks. They will not address non-profit businesses for at least the next 2 weeks. As we receive updates, we will update you. In the meantime, the Pinnacle Pointe amenities must remain closed in accordance with directives from the Union County Health Department. The Union County Health Department has stated that questions from the public are welcome anytime. Please contact Beth Sexton, MPH.
We appreciate everyone’s patience during this very challenging time. And will look forward to seeing everyone as soon as possible. In the meantime, stay safe and health.
