If you plan on attending the event next weekend please RSVP ASAP to Josh/Kathy/Connie no later than Tuesday 7/1 we need a final count for the catering no later than that date!
Also please take note that the Door codes have changed and we now have a locking entry in and out of the pool! The new codes will work on both the pool gate and the pool house as well as the clubhouse. This new code is 2468
with this change please be sure not to give this code out to anyone!!!! Even if asked while your at one of these amenities do not give out the codes without verification of who the person is. If there are any questions about if they belong here refer them to the phone number on the door! The only access to these amenities is to PPHOA lot owners home owners and there immediate family! Friends are welcome to accompany you but are not allowed access without you present!. Also we have had issues with realtors posting the codes with listings and giving the code out without there presence so under no circumstances should this new code be given to any realtor or non member! If they have a prospective buyer that would like to see inside the pool or clubhouse they will have to make an appointment with Josh or one of the board members to get access! If a realtor is caught inside these areas they will be asked to leave and the property owner will be notified and your access to these amenities may be suspended. Sorry for the harsh rule but we have had a few issues this past year that have caused the strict policy and we will be monitoring it closely!
