The following announcement is provided for your information only. The Leadmine Bend Homeowners Association (LBHOA) has announced that they are offering limited lifetime boat launch passes to the first ten (10) property owners of Pinnacle Pointe for $1,000.00 each. The Launch Pass is available on an individual basis for use by the member’s immediate family. The limited lifetime Launch Pass is valid until the property owner sells their Pinnacle Pointe property. However, the new property owner will be given the first opportunity to apply and pay for a new Launch Pass.
Currently, the LBHOA boat launch is open while Norris Lake is at least 1006 feet above mean sea level. However, plans are underway to extend the ramp so that it can be used during the Winter drawdown.
