Fellow Association Members,
- As some folks may be aware, we have experienced a couple of algae infestations of our pool over the last two or three weeks which turned the pool to a “Rio” green color. In response, we have increased the frequency of service to the pool and we are actively investigating whether to convert the pool to a different chlorination system. As of today, the pool water is clear of algae. We are hopeful that the passing of the recent record heat wave will reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. Thank you, everyone, for your patience.
- Although the pontoon boats are being removed from service this week, Summer weather is expected to continue for another month. Accordingly, the pool is scheduled to stay in service through the month of September. On October 1st, we are planning to shut down the pool, but the outdoor furniture will be available through October 28th. Shortly after that, the outdoor furniture will be put into storage for the Winter.
- We hope that everyone has taken an opportunity to enjoy Pinnacle Pointe this Summer! The Board of Directors have enjoyed serving you and receiving many positive comments and suggestions.
